Application Examples

Quick-release toggle clamps have a wide range of applications, covering almost all industrial enterprises. H. Decorative Building Materials Industry

I. Shoemaking Industry

PU sole produced by PU foaming — used as fixtures in PU foaming molds for sole manufacture. Main models: 10448.

J. Plastic Machinery Manufacturing Industry

Used as fittings for plastic crushers, vibration screens, and dryers. Main models: 431, 101-B, 40341 etc.

K. Printing Machinery Manufacturing Industry

Used as fittings for stretcher machines, copy boards (exposure machines), and screen printing machines. Main models: 11412, 203-F, 203-P, 12265.

L. Toy Manufacturing Industry

  1. Electronic toy manufacturing — similar to Electronics Industry points E-1 and E-2.
  2. Plastic modification manufacturing — used for opening and closing upper and lower molds on injection molding production lines. Main models: 20235, 201-B, 302-F etc.

M. Plastic Products Manufacturing Industry

Plastic products divided into blow molding and injection molding. No manual toggle clamp found in blow molding; large numbers used in injection molding:

  • (1) Single-machine injection molding machines — 7-head manual toggle clamps or corner cylinders replace old screw rod for fixing molds.
  • (2) Loop injection molding production lines — widely used as open/close locking mechanism for upper and lower molds.
